DAVID ÉNON

David Énon est designer, chercheur et enseignant à l’Ensad Nancy, après avoir enseigné pendant presque vingt ans à l’Esad Talm Angers. Diplômé de l’École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle de Paris (Ensci/Les Ateliers). Il est édité par la Tools Galerie à Paris et la Galerie MICA à Rennes. Il fait partie des collections du FNAC (Fond National d’Art Contemporain). Ses réalisations interrogent les modes de production des formes matérielles de notre environnement à l’ère post-industrielle. Il travaille au dépassement de l’économie de gestes et de moyens, à l’inscription des projets dans le temps et dans l’espace, en accord avec les rythmes de production biologiques des formes et de la matière in situ.

David Énon is a designer, researcher, and teacher at Ensad Nancy, after teaching for almost twenty years at Esad Talm Angers. He is a graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle de Paris (Ensci/Les Ateliers). His work is published by the Tools Galerie in Paris and the Galerie MICA in Rennes. His work is included in the collections of the FNAC (National Fund for Contemporary Art). His creations question the modes of production of the material forms of our environment in the post-industrial era. He works to transcend the economy of gestures and means, to inscribe projects in time and space, in accordance with the biological rhythms of production of forms and matter in situ.
